Update: August 20, 2020, 4:40 p.m.
Dear Bengals:
We have been busy over the summer preparing for your safe return to campus this fall. In preparation for your arrival, we have created the following videos to hopefully answer many of your questions.
To keep yourself and the community safe, we want to remind you of the importance of following certain protocols:
You will pick up your campus PPE safety kit on August 26 from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in Lot G-22.
Additionally, extra kits will be located at the Campbell Student Union entrance near Butler Library 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday during the first week of classes. Each PPE kit will contain an information card, two cloth masks, one “touchless” key tool, disinfection wipes, one forehead thermometer, and two bottles of hand sanitizer.
Residential students will receive their kits upon checking into the residence hall. You are encouraged to contact your resident assistant if you do not receive one.
Campus life will continue and many on campus have planned some great welcome week events to get you well on your way! You will find information on the Weeks of Welcome page.
Campus Dining information can be accessed using the dine-on campus app or going to the dining services web page.
Information about picking up your ID card, bus (cram) pass, library and tutoring services are all located on the campus webpage and your Keep Learning website.
We must all recognize that COVID-19 is prevalent in our community and take necessary precautions. Although campus-wide emails will not be issued after each positive test within our community, this dashboard, coronavirus.buffalostate.edu/covid19-dashboard, will be regularly updated as new cases are identified. We encourage you to bookmark this link to stay informed.
Wishing you a safe and successful semester.
