The State University at New York (SUNY) mandate for weekly COVID-19 surveillance testing is still mandatory if you visit, live, or take classes on campus.
Forms to submit test results can always be found on the Student Affairs website.
If you are in quarantine, isolation, symptomatic, or tested positive within the last 90 days, DO NOT come to pool test.
All students who attend their weekly testing session will have a chance to win prizes which include $20 Amazon gifts cards, dining dollars, and Buffalo State apparel!
Testing Location: Sports Arena (enter through the doors facing Grant Street)
Must be tested on your assigned day. Please contact Student Affairs if you have conflicts with the testing schedule.

When the campus learns of a violation of the rules associated with COVID-19 safety, students may lose access to campus facilities and/or campus housing. Other disciplinary actions may be taken by the Student Conduct Office. Please ensure you are testing or communicating with Student Affairs as necessary to avoid sanctions.
